First port of call as I travelled south of Santiago was Pucon. This is a small town on Lake Villarica which is the adventure tourism capital of Chile. Spent. Thursday biking 20km to find some lakes and waterfalls with an Australian guy I met at the hostel called Walt. We missed the turning for the water features and ended up back on the road. Then we saw a sign saying we still had another 15km to ride back to Pucon. Then it started to rain. I had forgotten how much I dislike biking! However, despite everything, actually had a really nice day- great to get outdoors and do some fun stuff.
