Funny sort of day here. Sure youve heard all the news. After the huge euphoria of the Olympic win these bombs have rocked everyone. Talked to Adele. She rang to check that Helen was Ok. Said that after the party of all parties the atmosphere was awful. She had just dropped Ken Livingstone off at Singapore Airport. A couple of hours later I saw him interviewed on the news. Wierd!

John said that he will try and find some bits for you.Might be boring but you never know what will; come up. He has plenty of work but alot of it is high up!!!!!!!!

SOOOOOO jealous! The volcano sounded particularly awsome. So cool that you've met some cool people who are up for doing outdoory type stuff.
